"The inbreeding of promotions and special favors from upper management and terrible reverse discrimination of employees. Disliked how poorly the officers handled the minors in the jails and camps. The incompetence of the employees of being grandfathered into the department despite not knowing how to read or write a report."

"Management needs to not give special treatment to employees they are related to or are friends with. Management should not extort their employees to work beyond the eight hour shift on a forced hold over and told you will be fired if you leave when your shift is done."
