"The was plenty of information avaliable related to accouting rules and regulations. This is a place where speed learning is possible"

"It's a swimm or die situation. Mentoring is provided, but the busy schedule doesn't allow for proper training."

"work on a training manual and procedures. Communication with subordinates and coaching and encouragement is urgently needed. The company experiences unusually high turnover."
