"I liked the support I had from my superiors, and being able to control most every aspect of the warehouse, the resposibility, and trust they had in my skills as a manager."

"As I said there was very littel room for advancement, and job growth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"the company was established in approx. 1965 as a stand alone air distribution consultant, consisting of no warehouse. Other companies of similar nature started there warehouses at the same time they started the main companies. Long set their profit expectations too high for a new warehouse in an existing already saturated market."
