Mechanical Superintendent

"I’ve been employed by LSM since August of 2019. I enjoy working for them unfortunately when I took over as superintendent I basically had to build a team quickly to cover the jobs that were either started or starting. The quality of field hands are mediocre which makes my job much harder than it should be. I’ve been a superintendent at another company and have had foreman that actually could run projects."
