"WHile I did enjoy working for lojack they have had many financial difficulties due to the economy that has set them back greatly."

What do you like about working at LoJack?

"Flexible hours and I fully enjoyed the team I worked for. I am a good multI tasked so while the IT department has been cut back and my job encompassed many duties I still was able to perform well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest and up front. It's a larger company with a small business attitude."

What don't you like about working at LoJack?

"The only complaint I have about LoJack would be the work environment when I left. My boss was located in another state, so I was under supervision of him. But a new manager had moved into power in the building I was located in that seemed to have a struggle over power. This did cause some conflict . Other wise I enjoyed the company and the work load."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"For my direct manager none, he was great! I consider him a friend."

"they care more about numbers, then say your instalations are taking to long..even if they really were not"
