"I love the learning experience of working with big box retailers just not for this company"
"I love the experience of my job."
"Logistics gives me an opportunity to see how the company grows. It gives me the opportunity to walk and speak with different vendors of different companies. I love that I have the option to be amongst the masses or I can work in a warehouse. I also love the way my team and I can communicate with each other. We grow together and get to know each other on a more personal level. But logistics can demand a lot of time and stress. It can make you think about it outside of work."
What do you like about working at Schrader International?
"I really like the environment, my team, some co-workers and the open door."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Schrader is a family but some members are not working, just being there. We have to do things in a different way if we want to get different results."
What don't you like about working at Schrader International?
"I don't like the building, the way that some people manage the problems and their attitude."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We have a new boss right now and I think that he will do a great job, he needs to listen to people because they see what it's happening in the floor and he needs to walk around the factory."

"My co-workers and drivers and the culture of the company"

"Just be yourself and be a hard worker. Everything else will take care of itself"

"I didn't have any complaints about the company as a whole"

"Management did a great job of working with the employees and making sure the company was ran correctly"

What do you like about working at UPS?
"I like the great benefits for part-time in regards to medical, vacation, sick pay, etc."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do your research and talk about the company along with your good work ethic. They will hire you for sure."
What don't you like about working at UPS?
"Pay is mediocre at best for part-time. We need better raises in place for management, similar to how they do for union employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Promote more to full-time. We need more full time opportunities for lower level employees to promote to."

"The people who with with me and for me. The customers I have met and have the opportunity to serve."

"To understand the business our company does, if they are seeking opportunities for advancement that this is not the place at this time. This company was in the top 100 company's to work for in 2011"

"No advancement opportunities currently within the company. Sometimes the Managers are out of touch with the work locations and make decisions without getting input from the people doing the job."

"Spend more time with the people doing the work and understand the struggles they go through daily."

"The ability to form a group of people all trained and ready to go in no time"

"The low chances of advancement it offered to its employees"

"The atmosphere is too political and cut-throat. I don't fit in with the way of thinking."

"Do your time and see if its for you, then make a decision. Great job at first but not something you necessarily want to do for life."
What don't you like about working at Army National Guard?
"I do like the amount of control that my boss right now gives me but overall the Army does not give you any."

"Not sure what I would do differently but I just can't stand the huge anonymity that the organization brings with it."
