With that said, the environment is rather casual and pretty low stress, very vibrant company. If pay is what your main goal is then look elsewhere."

Great coverage across the U.S., great core portfolio, standard benefits, good employee support infrastructure, solutions not manufacturers focused, good services team. The Bad: Say they are global but the company doesn't work well together across geographies thus negating any "Global advantage" to their customers. Hopeless marketing, company sales number in downward spiral and goals not reached in over 2 years, many talented employees leaving for greener pastures. Recent RIF due to lack of profits."

"The people were the best; passionate, knowledgeable, driven. Just an amazing environment to work at. Marketing was superb."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be very careful what you are told about this company. Look at the analyst reports by major trading firms. Terry Flood, the CEO is a great financial mind but a terrible vision manager and people manager"

What don't you like about working at Logicalis Group?

"In the last year Logicalis has hired a lot of taint but then let go more than 10% of it's work force. Upper management has no vision, only profit and revenue as driver. They lured a lot of talent only just to dismiss it in less than a year under the clout of change in direction. A lot of information resides in peoples heads and is not very well documented. upper management dynamics seemed more like a Mafia Family than a business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make a vision and take a risk by sticking to it. hire people for management jobs that have the appropriate expertise to get the company to meet the vision. Not this practice of just place people internally that came with acquisitions."

"Be wary."

"the infrastructure they claimed to have built out was partly smoke and mirrors and the company was unable to deliver competitive quotes for the opportunities we brought to the table for managed services."

"Pare down on services provided, be more focused on the companies strengths, do not attempt to be everything to everybody."
