3.6 Make a vision and take a risk by sticking to it. hire people for management jobs that have the appropriate expertise to get the company to meet the vision. Not this practice of just place people internally that came with acquisitions.

3.7 Good company to get your career started, however for growth and pay you aren't looking at a very competitive rate. They tend to pay towards the lower end of the scale. With that said, the environment is rather casual and pretty low stress, very vibrant company. If pay is what your main goal is then look elsewhere.

4.1 The Good: Solid company technically. Great coverage across the U.S., great core portfolio, standard benefits, good employee support infrastructure, solutions not manufacturers focused, good services team. The Bad: Say they are global but the company doesn't work well together across geographies thus negating any "Global advantage" to their customers. Hopeless marketing, company sales number in downward spiral and goals not reached in over 2 years, many talented employees leaving for greener pastures. Recent RIF due to lack of profits.
