"Don't pay. Huge turnover and have others pick up slack so they don't have to hire replacements. Lead with empty promises of being promoted.Mgmt doesn't listen to workers needs or ideas. Traffic is horrible in winter. Communication is very poor."

"there can be difficulties with product overlap. different sales people call on thesame account for different activities. for example this company offers phone and It support products. each division has there own sales force and all sales people call oon the same acconts. this tends to confuse customers."

"They have already begun to streamline this process. I believe much of this overlap will be eliminated in a year or two."
