"Maintain strong channels of communication with your Swiss (HQ) counterparts to make sure that you have a good idea as to what is going on in the company."

"I feel that the management of the company is inadequate and the performance of the company has led me to find a more stable situation for myself and my family."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would strongly suggest that they change the leadership team in the US and redouble the sales efforts of the new Partners. The fixed cost structure should be changed (specifically salaries)."
