"Definitely ask about future plans - especially as it pertains to career advancement opportunities"

"Difficult to advance in my career as those above me are well established and don't appear to be leaving anytime soon"

"Find ways to expand career advancement opportunities. Even if it is a lateral enhancement by adding my responsibilities"

"The people. From the receptionist to our Sr. VP of Ad Sales - everyone was incredible. I still keep in contact with a large majority of the staff."

"The company had some financial stability issues and declared bankruptcy about a year after I left."

"Call me a Monday morning quarterback, but they need to make some adjustments with their accounting practices."
