"I have worked for LKQ-Keystone Automotive Operations for a little over a year and a half. It is a good company, but the management directives change it seems daily. The team of higher ups is constantly changing and everyone has different directions. I work for a small satellite office in Elkhart, IN away from the headquarters. The automotive industry is too up and down for my preference, and can be unsteady at times."
