"Develop a vision for the company that an organizational culture can be built upon. Empower the employees so they can get a sense of pride and ownership. Finally, institute some type of budgetary system so the departments can have a fundamental base for operating capitol."

"It was having financial troubles. Because of this the employees were always uncertain about their long term employment."

"They need to reduce upper management salaries and replace them with performance bonuses."
