"The company has a whole is very rich with ambition and like a good business is focused on earning and making sure profits are being made and customers are happy. The sacrifice, however, is that growth drops off quickly for younger talented engineers, and change is difficult and people aren't often a fan of change. From an IT standpoint, while there have many recent shifts to more modern style tools sets and strategies, these are often no more than buzz words and can lack well-thought implementation. The company is a great place for IT professionals ready to transform into a manager or be very stable. A good experience for internal employees trying to change disciplines but is greatly lacking when it comes to providing continued growth for younger engineers."
