What do you like about working at Littelfuse?

"Working with manufacturing, and management, having successful accomplishments made as a process engineer and as a supervisor."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No, I was very successful with this company, it was unfortunate that a decision was made for Littelfuse to move to China."

What don't you like about working at Littelfuse?

"Never been caught up in a lay-off, didn't like knowing that my job was going away, due to Littelfuse relocating to Wuxi, China, and that I had no control over this decision."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think it is a mistake moving this company to Wuxi, China. Don't think they will be able to achieve the same outstanding quality we were able to achieve here in the US."
