"Although the company is perfectly adequate at the physical job, the environment and people are horrible. Walking into this job I could have never prepared my self for the ignorance, prejudice and uneducated statements that would be made. The Owner Cory is not only ignorant and intolerant of others but also uneducated. After being confronted by a customer for what they felt was Sexiest and Ageist, he referred to it as “ Racist against gender” and “ Racist against age”. The actual office area consists of daily prejudice remarks against all religions and racist remarks against all racist and ethnicities, to an extent no one is prepared for. The Technicians are not help responsible for their work- and no one has any respect for the owner. This I can understand because he withholds a certain expectation of work done By others of which he can not accomplish himself. How the company is still running and not under investigation of the board of labor and discrimination I can’t fathom. Truthfully I have no expectations for this company other than failure."
