"I've worked for Lipsey Logistics since 2009. In the years following, Lipsey Logistics has experienced huge growth as well as an expanding corporate culture. Although the company has grown substantially it is still a tight-knit culture. Everyone knows each other and the management team is great. Although it is a fast paced industry the atmosphere at Lipsey Logistics is professional. The best part of this company is how employees get promotions based off performance and dedication instead of brown nosing."

"The only issue I have is that the work can sometimes get repetitive. The pros of working here heavily outweigh the cons though."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Increase the frequency of team meetings as well as goal setting sessions. Instead of once a month I would like to see them done on a weekly basis."
