"I loved the work, met a number of wonderful people my co workers were good and I was mostly 95% on my own"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you have a four wheel drive vehicle and can squeeze into tight spaces. Have your own tools and be prepared to put a ton of mileage on your vehicle and a lot of Hours on end on the road all over the four - five counties Your in for long hours at a lower pay than you think your getting."
What don't you like about working at LinkUs?
"they spread their few techs thin and give them jobs at opposite ends of the work coverage area and push on the techs to get the jobs done without care as to weather or not its done or dune right after which they might inspect 1% of jobs and that's only if its one close to the office. the fact they are a third party company charging differently than the main tended to hurt the customer service aspect A LOT! It was peace work in a sparsely populated area most of the day was spent going from one job to another typically several hours or more at a time. wouldn't have minded so much if I was getting paid for the travel time plus adequate mileage"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to care more about each customer and making sure the Quality is really in every job regardless of the time taken at each job"
