"While the corporate culture is fairly nice, there are times when it is frustrating to work there. Upper management tends to do things on the fly with unrealistic expectations of what it takes to get the project done. And there tends to be a lot of unnecessary secrecy about the company direction, staff changes and projects. Firings can happen on (what appears to be) a whim of the CEO."
