"I've worked at Lincoln Electric for 7 years. Overall, very good company, excellent management, every employee knows the core value of the job. It is probably the top 3 company in the welding industrial worldwide. Only disadvantage is that quite a few manufacturing equipment is old, so some products have manufacturing and quality issues, also, the R&D team is young and less experienced."

Automation Specialist

"Overall I would recommend working at Lincoln Electric. It is a stable company that has a unique business model and great people. I mainly worked for the automation division and under the sales umbrella. Pros: Company culture, flexible schedule, access to cutting edge technology in the welding industry, relationships with coworkers. Cons: Pay is a little below market, frequent changes in middle management, and the company tends to promote sale people who do well in sales rather than if they have the skills to be good managers."
