"Poor communication between support teams. Insufficient training and lack of any proper account management facilitates an environment that is extremely chaotic and stressful to support personnel. Inadequate staffing causes wildly unpredictable work flow when even one person calls out sick. Did not get annual reviews and so, no annual salary increase. Lots of potential but very disappointing environment. This company can be a great but needs lots of work to improve staff morale. Mandatory overtime and you are required to be available 24x7 for support one week every other month without compensation."
