"I’ve work with Lincoln company since August of 2019 and still currently employed. Since then I’ve learned so much as if I was there for a whole year, learned as much as how to do their kind of work specialties to learning stuff I didn’t know I was capable of. This employer put my feet into the construction laborer field by how much I’ve learned and accomplished. It gave me knowledge from basic hand tools to heavy machinery and to care and respect each piece of equipment. Improved the ability to work well with others as a team and safety comes first."
