"I work long hours and most weekend which I would prefer not to work Sunday."

"I have none. My management staff is wonderful. They are very caring and helpful."

"the pay isn't t that great compared to what you make in theatre."

"To plan ahead a bit more of the scheduled time frame."

"Sometimes the workload can be heavy, specially if you are understaffed at the management level."

"Promote from within, look at the talent within your people first."

"Learn and move on they never promote from inside of the organization"

What don't you like about working at Limited Brands?

"The left-brain egotistical losers thwarting the collaborative processes at all turns. The lack of creativity. Too much fear to lose the job. Boring. No travel or exploration except the boss."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Exposé people to more interesting technologies and materials. Less meetings. More creative support. Remove IT department from controlling creative processes. Get rid of the many chiefs"

"I enjoyed the production of garments and purchasing store fixtures"

"Limited Brands talks about work life balance but doesn't necessarily support it. Since it is a global company you are expected to work some early morning or late night conference calls with the int'l teams. Expect stress and long hours. Also promotions are very hard to come by since people do not tend to leave the business."

What don't you like about working at Limited Brands?

"I was not supported by my leadership team. The core values that we were all taught were not respected."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have supported the team and be a leader"
