"I worked for Lignetics since 2018. It was a great place to work, in terms of a great work environment, a solid career path, the ability has to open collaboration with teammates and/or other departments, and the resources needed to do our jobs correctly. In July of 2019, a retirement brought changes to the leadership group and fairly quickly, almost immediately, just about every department in the corporate office, had been transformed into a hostile work environment, with little to no emphasis on correct, ethical behavior, accountability, or acknowledgment of skills/experience learned on how to perform the multitude of job tasks required."
