"I’ve worked for Lightart for over 3 years and they need to put more emphasis on building up their internal support for the in-studio employees. Processes are redundant and clunky. There is little room for professional growth if any. The product and the people are cool, but upper management is aloof and makes decisions on their own assumptions, rather than listening to their employees."
