"I would not recommend Lifetouch because of so many internal problems that creates continous loss of customers on a regular basis effecting employees goals and ability to grow"

"Overall, I would not recommend this company. I'll list the pro's and con's to the job. Pro's: I. $12 an hour pay rate II. Paid breaks are offered. III. Paid training takes place. IV. Incentives are given to the employees. V. Overtime is offered at $18 an hour Cons: I. Communication issues between staff and management. II. Workload is kind of difficult. III. No benefits. IV. Training is rushed. For example; on day 2, employees did all of the training for day 2 and day 3 all in one day. Management decided to put the new hires straight to work ahead of schedule. V. Management shifts the work on to the employees and tries to avoid working themselves. VI. Team leaders try to dock employees points as much as possible which goes against them. VII. Team leaders are unable to meet the same standards that they set for their workers when dealing with a client in a timely manner. If a standard employee doesn't meet the standards, it counts against them. If a team leader does it, they're excused of any wrong doing. There is a double standard. VIII. The software is buggy and unreliable. IX. It's common to miss a break due to work and to stay past the normal shift. X. The help desk and supervisor desk is unreliable when assisting a customer if a normal employee is unable to do so. XI. Management is nosy and they monitor everything that employees do on the computer."

"I've worked for the company since January and there seems to be a disconnect with upper management and it's employees. The sales people are expected to do constant technical troubleshooting in regard to antiquated and temperamental equipment, which leaves little time to focus on sales growth and account management."

"I've worked for Lifetouch for two and I've recently transferred, and this Lifetouch needs more improvement than I can even explain. No respect from the management team, equipment is very poor, and communication from manager to employee is beyond poor. Hopefully this Lifetouch in Georgia comes to some understanding soon!"

"Lifetouch National School Studios employs people who care about the work they do. The company places their customers AND employees first, which is a value not often found in larger corporations. Supervising staff are kind, caring individuals who work WITH their employees to build a strong reputation for Lifetouch and the employees themselves."
