LifeSteps Employee

"Lifesteps was an experience that I wouldn’t trade, but they do have things to improve on. The dress code, tattoo policy, conflict of interest policy, and flex time policy for salary employees are old school and out of date. Policies, procedures, and disciplines are not equally managed across the agency. The people that I met and worked with however are some of the best in the field. They are dedicated and love what they do. I learned a lot during my time there. If the conflict of interest policy was not what it was I might still be there. The majority of employees are doing their best, and they are doing what they can for the people they support. At the end of the day that is what is most important."
