"The pay increases were not based on merit but rather a standard yearly increase. The corporate culture does not leave much room for creativity - creating marketing materials and spending marketing dollars it is not a major priority for them. Some departments are more relaxed than others."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create a more relaxed less cooperate feel. Buy nerf guns for your office!"
