"I did not have any complaints working for Liberty Mutual/Wausau. I had to leave because the office where I was working closed."

"Hire good people and trust them to do their job. Be open to new and different ways of doing things. Reward success and learn from your mistakes. Stop doing the same thing over and over and continuing to fail and seeing the only solution is more control and process."
