LGI Homes Employee

"I've worked for LGI Homes from 2016 to 2019 and loved the people and the culture. I liked the fact that you always knew where you stood on you performance in the company because everyone from the CEO on down had a monthly evaluation done. Goals were set and follow up done each month to track progress. Like any family, sometimes there are disagreements that lead to separation. I would still recommend LGI Homes to anyone I meet!"

"LGI has a great company culture, management cares about making sure everyone achieves personal and career goals (if the employee doesn't succeed, it is the manager's fault mentality), I enjoy learning about the culture and the overall company's story and mission."

"The company started out great when it was small but as it grew, we had a lot of politics and inefficient managers in place just to have someone in a roll. It lead to a decrease in moral and to the teamwork atmosphere diminishing."
