"The pay at Lewis Contracting was unfair. I started at the rate of $60,000 annually with a $5,000 raise in 90 days depending on my performance. The problem was the amount of hours I put in weekly. Each week I averaged 48 to 50 hours a week. My hourly wage employees was making more at the end of each week. I felt I was getting robed. When I did the math according to hourly wages, I was actually making between 10 to 15 dollars an hour.
