"While attending Gwinnett Technical College, I decided to take internship seeking the opportunity for the Commercial Construction Project Manager position with Lewis Contracting Services. While working with Lewis, I took over the Utility Foreman Position due to my past experience. While working for Lewis Contracting my role consist of implementing a live sewer bypass and water pump plan to solve a flooding issue during a 16” sewer line installation project near Nancy Creek, Doraville G.A. The company was undermanned with inexperienced employees. This particular project was Risk Management the entire way. I was put in a bad position from the start because the project was months behind schedule prior to my arrival. Utilizing strong planning, advanced management, delegation and motivation skills, the project was accomplished within time and budget frame."
