"I've worked with Levy Restaurants for the past 5 years at the Moda Center. They provided me the freedom and opportunity to create a unique role where I could utilize my skills and tenacity towards many projects and problems around the Rose Quarter venues. I did whatever was necessary to get the job done with attention to detail and integrity towards maintaining health code and fire code standards. This role has allowed me to meet with all sorts of people form business VPs, to outside contractors, and even school volunteers that operated the stands."
