"I've worked for Leslie Controls since 2015 as a contractor. They are a manufacturing company producing valves mostly for the US Navy. They have been using an ERP system since 2010 called Vantage. Its parent company, Circor, Inc. is essentially a Venture Capitalist corporation that has done very little to reinvest in both the plant and the office area for its sales, support, engineering, and IT staff. That's unfortunate because the people who work in Tampa are highly skilled professionals. And if it wasn't for the Covid19 pandemic, I think I would still be working for this company."
"Fast pace, heavy phones and sales force."
What do you like about working at Leslie Controls?
"I learned a lot about myself at this company. I came in as a temp and they bought my contract out early for my phone abilities alone. I was open and they trained me on everything."
