"On Glassdoor it is quite clear that except for 3 anonymous ratings, all former employees had similar problem and gave the company 1 star out of 5. I can't even understand what made the culture so poor - it seemed to me that the CEO and the company made effort to show appreciation to employees. but management is not very knowledgeable and to cover for the lack of expertise they are bullying (in a passive or active way). it is sad because this is very interesting company, especially for someone with wide range of skills - company is small and one can implement them."
