"Love my coworkers and my supervisor."
"This place terrible. The IT department went through several CIOs and other managers while I was there. They are still trying to use batch mainframes to do interactive work."
"I worked at Lereta for a year. I was brought in with a large team, all hired to update their legacy platform. It was a good place but everyone hired was laid off since the scope was more expensive and larger than expected."
"I may be a bit biased, as I was laid off by Lereta. However, they are a legacy technology company that refuses to adapt to the modern tech world. They've now attempted to migrate to the cloud on at least 2 separate occasions. I think it's just a cultural issue, one that I thought our team was close to overcoming. I really enjoyed working for my manager and would love to work with him again someday."
"Work culture is good , have to get the requirements from the SME & we have complete the tdr"
"Fantastic growth potential, great employee celebrations. Going through growing pains in many areas."
"I’ve been at Lereta full time for almost a year and it not a bad company to be apart of. My coworkers are great and so is my manager. Compensation could be greater, that’s my only gripe. The brand new building makes the work environment enjoyable and most of the people there are awesome."
"I've found great experience and knowledge with the company"
