"Food safety is a great field to work in."
"I’ve worked for Leprino Foods for 5 years. The best thing about this company is the people and relationships that are developed over time. While their policies are rigid, the people are not. In the admin/accounting department you are given the freedom to manage your own time with set deadlines. Although compensation for admin employees is much lower than it is for production employees."
"A decade ago, Leprino paid top wages. They were the premiere company in the area, and that attracted the best people. Today, a handful of amazing people still work there, but generally speaking, the company asks way more than they compensate you for. -2 stars, low pay, overworked"
"I have worked for a wonderful company for the past two years. The leadership team is the best. They treat employees with great dignity and respect. There are open door policies that welcome any concerns that one might encounter. There are always trainings and team building exercises that create a family environment which translate into a warm friendly working environment. I would recommend this company as a great place to work for anyone who might be thinking about moving near this part of the country. I appreciate all my colleagues and staff for making my experience unforgettable during my stint with the company."
"When I began working for this company it was a very supportive environment where you could succeed through constant commitment. Over the years though the place started treating people poorly."
"I work for Leprino Foods as a Quality Execution Foreman, and their focus on Quality, Ethics and customer service make them an enjoyable and honorable company to work for."
"Excellent work environment."
