"Dreadful."

What do you like about working at Leon Medical Centers?

"If you prove yourself you can be given opportunities to do more and gain valuable experiences."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Presentation and physical appearance are paramount. However, before considering employment with them, I would try as much as possible to find a job somewhere else. Nothing will ever repay the time spent slaving away for these people."

What don't you like about working at Leon Medical Centers?

"The owners run the place with an iron fist. Working here feels like working in a communist sweatshop. Employes work long hours, under very high pressure, and are generally underpaid. Things as trivial as being late to a meeting, parking on the wrong place, or looking at someone the wrong way can cost you your job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You don't need to have a sweatshop culture to be successful. You can promote a better, work-life balanced culture in your organization and you will be able to retain talented, productive, and loyal employees, which in the long run will lead to more profits and better reputation for you."
