"I've worked for Leo Burnett for approximately 3 years and have found most of the people to be wonderful to work with. My manager genuinely cares about my career trajectory and does what can be done to ensure I don't stay stagnant. However, the upper level management can be very hesitant about providing promotions and pay raises. In many cases, promotions are only available to those who have an offer from another company. I have enjoyed the people I worked with, but not the extreme difficulty in moving up to a position that corresponds to the level of work that I have produced."
