What do you like about working at LensCrafters?

"it lookes nice from the outside if you dont work there but ones you get in hell will be much better than working there."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If that is the only plce you can find a job than sorry for you but give it a try . if that is not the only place than it will not do you any good cos it will not help on the resume or any thing so dont kill you self."

What don't you like about working at LensCrafters?

"they dont care about thire customers and the people who work for them all they care about is how much moeny can we make every day. How much so called expensive glasses can we tell people is good for them so that we can take thire money. If you come to find out how the taking people money and dont car about them it's very sad."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"wow is ther a better way to use the word horrible , where I work the manage has not giveing me Hr for the last 90 day and has haired her friends from victoria secret to come work there. I did not know people dealing with under ware know a lot about eye glass. they dont care a thing about the people who work for them all they care about is how much money did you bring in today or tell the customer they will need this or that so that we cam make a lot of money. I feel bad most of the time when people who need help are been treated this way. Is this what America stand for if it is that sorry people life will be sad for as and our kids."
