They over estimated the team's size and the "perms" could handle my tasks. It was an "everyone's learning" environment so there wasn't that pressure of expecting that you had to have the skill to succedee, they assumed you're smart enough to have the job done and this was great! I really miss everyone in the team - we had great time together."
