"My time with Lennar Seattle was tremendous. I was promoted approximately annually and I would consider every person there (90+ people) an extended family member. I believe love belongs in the workplace and the love was mutual. My time in the unseasoned Lennar Utah Office was challenged by intense growth and challenges but I grew to love some of them as well. Ultimately, the termination came as a surprise and while I don't agree with it, I know I'm going to take what I learned there and succeed at whatever it is I do next. Overall, I am very proud of my achievements, my relationships, and my growth during that time.."

"It was the typical national builder where you were a number instead of a name.. Manager was not approachable. He had issues responding to emails ( had to follow up several times) not the best to return phone calls."

"As the senior estimator, I administered and performed material take-offs on residential light and medium commercial buildings. Performed material take-offs for residential and commercial designs from a variety of blueprints in a timely manner. Reviewed construction documents and understand material to bid. Reviewed and fixed potential inaccuracies in material lists. Field Support worked directly with the outside sales representatives regarding all aspects of blueprints. Followed up with the status of take-offs and assists outside sales representatives in the selling of projects."

"I’ve worked for Lennar for 2 years, they are increasing the amount built and decreasing the cycle time every quarter, you can learn a lot from a National builder who is always striving for more. The supervisors I’ve met and worked with are all extremely motivated."

"Want to be over worked? Want to be lied to about compensation? Want to fight tooth and nail for your hard earned bonuses? Want to have no work to life balance? Want to have more meetings that time out on the field? Want to build a bad product and push people to Close on unfinished homes? Want to work for racist bigots that all they care about is the bottom line? Then this is the place for you, step right up and be underpaid to do a job that the median is 70k/year"
