4 I have had 1 on 1 meetings with my direct manager and above in which we discussed my interest in advancing in the company. They agreed that was no direct path for growth. They had no suggestions for growth and feel the attitude of WattStopper is not the last stop for everyone is not an adequate reply.

3.7 Worked with Legrand for 5 years. Good company always looking for promotion from within. Sometimes recognition could be stronger, but overall a good place to work with good work/home balance. Most managers are human and can be worked with on many levels. The upper management is good and always looking to challenge teams as well as help them improve and grow.
