"I always worked for managers that supported what I was doing. They respected me and my work and always were open for new ideas or ways to improve on a certain project that I was assigned to."

"Truthfully, I found not much to be dissatisfied with. When the department that I was working in downsized, they found work for me in another department and provided me with projects."

"When employed at Cozen O'Connor, I did not favor the manner in which they dealt with employees who were deemed as slackers. The firm tolerated them too much and ultimately laid off many of the competent, hard-working employees!"

"Open your eyes and recognize those who shine! Also, canvass the employees for their opinions on office procedures, equipment, and firm events."
