What do you like about working at EMI Group?

"I enjoyed the upbeat environment of a music company. It was great to see the process of how a cd is put together and to see recording artist perform live for the staff in our offices."

What don't you like about working at EMI Group?

"The benefits packages were constantly modified and the FSA accounts were difficult to access and receive reimbursement from."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"HR (in my opinion) needs to be more of a resource for employee concerns instead of primarily focusing on extracurricular activites. I've seen many cases where someone expressing concern for conditions within their department are disregarded and ultimately made to feel like a trouble maker for speaking up. A"
