"The way they figure out how much you make is based on experience and education. If you do not possess a great deal of either of those, you may make a lot less than the work you are doing."

"It's a great environment for professional growth and development. I grew so much through my time working at Lee both personally and as an employee. Also, my colleagues and supervisors make the job enjoyable. They are very supportive and community-minded."

"It's a fast paced environment that doesn't always allow for a schedule. There are days when it's non-stop and that in turn, doesn't always promote self-care."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Lee."
