"The project manager in San Antonio gave no clear understating of what was needed for the project. Many problems would arise due to lack of communication and being early in my engineering career EIT will make mistakes. However, PMs did not understand growing pains and would be verbally abusive to employees. Higher management would know of the abuse and let it slide."
