"In my two years experience nothing deprived me fom working in that institution.Infact it was a great pleasure to be a part of that organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Improvement in placements is needed.pension plan for staff has to be introduced."
What do you like about working at Wichita State University?
"Currently I am working as an academic lecturer at Wichita State University. As an academic lecturer I teach mathematics classes for undergraduates. This is a very challenging and exciting experience and not only I love to solve math problems, but also to share my knowledge with curious minds. As I am working at a university I have very flexible schedule and I can work at my own pace."

"Usual tips that are given for any postdoctoral job would apply in this case."
What don't you like about working at Wichita State University?
"My current job is a postdoctoral job and it is not permanent. The pay is not very good and there is no growth."

"I would try to make my employee happy and give them freedom to put their thoughts in front of management."

"This is the place from where I am graduated. I am surrounded by my own professor. So feel comfortable."

"I cannot see my growth in near future which I would love to visualize. The growth is the reword of my hard work."
