"Insensitivy to personal indyvidualism. Buddy buddy system. No plan for strategic controlled growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen. Stop having quorterly short term mentality. Pay attention to human resources not only almighty buck, enforce growth through accomplishments not through buddy system and who knows whom."
