"The Exide team is very much a family. Everyone at Exide is always willing to pitch in and do whatever is necessary to ensure the success of the company, it's customers, every other member of the team."

What don't you like about working at Exide Technologies?

"The culture at Exide is still, at times, resistant to change. Sometimes it can be difficult to get buy in from every department on a project."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve the communication to the team members. Many times people get tunnel vision and only see what impacts them directly. That's why it is important to communicate projects and results in a way that allow everyone to see the big picture."
